IMPA Annual Convention: this convention features educational sessions which address critical issues facing our industry and new techniques in the meat industry. Plus, we have exhibitors representing the leading manufacturers and suppliers of the meat industry. There is also fellowship and fun enjoyed by all ages.
Meat Competition Shows: Cured Meats Shows are held in conjunction with our Annual Convention and on opening day of the Iowa State Fair to give plant members the opportunity to have their products judged and rated. Winners regularly take advantage of the publicity of their winning products through the media recognition and by displaying their award winning plaques in their plants.
The IMPA Newsletter: published 5 times per year, will keep you informed on important state and national issues in the meat industry. Plant members can also receive free classified ads in the newsletter.
